CAMERON UNIVERSITY MUSIC DEPARTMENT PRESENTS ANNUAL COMBINED CONCERT

Music lovers will have an opportunity to enjoy rousing patriotic anthems, toe-tapping classics from the Big Band era, rollicking jazz compositions, high-spirited circus tunes, high-stepping marches and more at the Annual Combined Concert of the CU Concert Band and Fort Sill’s 77th Army Band. The musical event, which takes place on Tuesday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the Simmons Center in Duncan , is open to the public. Admission is free.

Dr. Daniel Sheridan, director of the CU Concert Band, and CW2 David Down, director of the 77th Army Band, will lead the combined ensemble as they perform compositions by John Phillip Sousa, Karl King, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington and others.
